Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SVIX Media, owner Konstantin Botschmanowski, Schulstraße 72, 41372 Niederkrüchten, Germany, phone: +49 2163 5768344, email: support@branddad.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at branddad.io/withdraw ("Withdraw from contract"). If you use this online function, we will send you, without delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

How Paddle is involved
The paid subscription is sold to you by Paddle.com Market Ltd as reseller and merchant of record; Paddle collects the payment and also makes the reimbursement. You can therefore declare the withdrawal either to us (as described above) or directly to Paddle, e.g. via the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation or the customer portal, or via paddle.net. We forward withdrawals we receive to Paddle and make sure the reimbursement is made in time.
When the right of withdrawal expires early
For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service and you expressly consented on a durable medium before performance began and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (Section 356(5) no. 2 BGB). With an ongoing monthly subscription, the service is usually not yet fully performed within the withdrawal period, so you can withdraw even if you start using Brand Dad right away. This withdrawal policy applies accordingly to ordering a domain via Brand Dad.
If you were not properly informed, the right of withdrawal expires at the latest twelve months and 14 days after the contract was concluded (Section 356(4) BGB).
Our voluntary goodwill
If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, we waive the compensation mentioned above and refund the first payment in full. Details are in our refund policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current month (see the Terms of Service). Questions? support@branddad.io
