Cancel your Brand Dad subscription here – no login required. Fill in the details and click "Cancel now". You immediately receive a confirmation with the date and time of receipt on screen and by email.
Good to know
You don't need to log in to cancel. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time effective at the end of the current (monthly) billing period; if you don't specify a date, the cancellation takes effect at the earliest possible date. Until then you can use all features; afterwards your account continues on the free plan.
If you are logged in and enter your account's email address, we also cancel your subscription with our payment provider Paddle right away. Otherwise we pass the cancellation on manually – either way it is effective upon receipt. You can also cancel in Paddle's customer portal or by email to support@branddad.io.
Consumers can also withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase (see the withdrawal policy). More in the Terms of Service.
