How to build your shop or affiliate page

Product links with images

Every link can carry an image or icon. For a small shop you link best sellers and categories; as an affiliate creator, the products from your latest videos. The most important link sits highlighted at the top.

An Ad label per link

Mark partner links, for example from Amazon Associates, with a visible label. Which disclosure you need depends on your partner programme and your country – BrandDad provides the tool, not legal advice.

Short links for videos and stories

Create short links such as branddad.io/@yourname/go/camera and mention them in your video or story. Every click is counted, even when the link sits as a QR code on a flyer or in a parcel.

Promotions with start and end

A discount code only runs until Sunday? Create the link with a start and end date and it disappears on time. Nobody lands on an expired promotion any more, and you do not have to remember to remove it.

Which post sells

Every scheduled post automatically gets its own link. The dashboard shows, for example: TikTok from Oct 14 brought 210 clicks on the product link (example data). The sales themselves you see in your shop or partner programme.

A rhythm for product content

Show the product in use
Two to three posts a week in which you really use a product. Reels and TikToks usually work better for this than plain product photos.
Create the link first
Add the product link with an image before the post goes live and highlight it. Schedule the post in BrandDad and it gets its own tracked link.
Tidy up once a week
Remove products nobody clicks any more and move the strongest ones to the top. The click statistics show you which ones those are.

Template, disclosure and plan

For product pages Photo Grid works well, because images get plenty of room there. Food and recipe creators like Food, beauty shops Beauty Soft. If you want to present many links in a neutral way, choose Minimal Light. You can find all templates in the template gallery.

On disclosure: many partner programmes require a note that you earn from purchases made through your link. Amazon Associates, for example, sets its own requirements in its operating agreement. Read the rules of your programme and label accordingly – BrandDad gives you the Ad label per link but does not judge what is required in your case.

You cannot sell directly through BrandDad yet. You link your shop or partner programme, and we take a 0 % fee on your revenue. The free page with 30 days of statistics is enough to start. With Founder at €10 per month plus VAT you get 12 months of statistics, post-to-click attribution, your own domain and eight social channels. Founder is available to the first 100 customers; after that the plan costs €19 plus VAT as Creator.

Can I sell directly through BrandDad?

Not yet. Right now you link your own shop, a marketplace or your partner programme. BrandDad counts the clicks and, from Founder, assigns them to the matching post. We do not take a fee on your sales; our share is 0 % on every plan, including Free.

How do I label affiliate links?

Every link can carry a visible label such as Ad. Which disclosure is required exactly depends on your partner programme, your country and how you present the link. Many programmes have their own rules. BrandDad gives you the tool, but no legal advice.

Can I see how much I earn?

No, revenue and commissions are shown in your shop or partner programme. BrandDad shows the clicks on every link and, from Founder, which post brought them. Combined with your sales numbers you can see which content is worth making more often.

Are visitors tracked with cookies?

Our click statistics work without tracking cookies. What happens after the click is up to the destination: shops and partner programmes often set their own cookies so they can attribute commissions to you. BrandDad has no influence on that part of the journey.

How many links can I add?

There is no tight limit on links. Still, a few well-sorted links work best: the product of the week at the top, categories or best sellers below. Scheduled links help you hide promotions automatically once they are over, so the page stays tidy.

Can I create several pages for different shops?

Free, Founder and Creator each include one page. On the Pro plan at €29 per month plus VAT you can create up to five pages, for example for different brands or countries, and work with up to three people on your team.
