Template and plan for trainers

The Fitness Energy template is made for trainers and fitness creators: bold colours, a large profile picture and clearly visible buttons for program and trial session. If you want a calmer, more polished look, for example in yoga or physiotherapy, choose Coach Clean or Minimal Light. You can see all 18 templates in the template gallery.

A proven order: a short bio with your focus, the current offer highlighted, trial session via contact form, programs, email signup, social icons. If you work in a gym or studio, add its location as a link too.

If you train clients as a business in Germany, you usually need an imprint. BrandDad provides a page for it and you enter the details yourself – more on link in bio with imprint.

The free page is enough to start. With Founder at €10 per month plus VAT you get eight social channels, unlimited scheduled posts, 30 AI posts a month, your own domain and attribution from post to inquiry. Founder is only available to the first 100 customers; after that the plan costs €19 plus VAT as Creator.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell training programs through BrandDad?

Not directly yet. You link your program on the platform you sell it through today. BrandDad counts the clicks on it and, from Founder, shows which post brought them. We do not take any fee on your sales, on any plan.

Is there appointment booking for trial sessions?

BrandDad does not have its own booking calendar. You can either use a contact form for trial sessions or add your existing booking tool as a highlighted link. Both are recorded in your statistics without cookies, so you see how many people take the next step.

Can I post reels to TikTok and YouTube at the same time?

Yes. You upload the video once and schedule it for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other networks. You can adjust the caption for each network. From Founder you connect up to eight social channels and schedule as many posts as you like.

How long are my videos stored?

Uploaded media stays stored with us for a while after publishing: 14 days on Free, 60 days on Founder and Creator, 90 days on Pro. After that we delete it, while the post stays online in the network. Keep your original files yourself.

Does the AI help with captions and hashtags?

Yes. The AI suggests captions, hooks and hashtags in your voice, and you approve every post. The free plan includes 5 AI posts per month, Founder and Creator 30 plus 10 AI images, and Pro 100 posts and 40 images.

Can a studio with several trainers use it?

On the Pro plan at €29 per month plus VAT up to three people work together, and you can create up to five pages, for example one per trainer. Founder and Creator are designed for one person with one page.
